My hope is for the government to help. This is a thatch house I'm sleeping under; the roaches from the latrine are in the drinking water; so I'm appealing to the government to bring down the price of zinc and cement so that we will be able to purchase them to build these houses.
But when the international community gives the money, the big people put it in their pockets and do not use it for the intended purpose. So I'm appealing to you people that when you go you should tell [international donors and humanitarian organizations], so that they should make sure that the money will reach the little people down here.
